If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out through the contact page and let me know your concerns. I am not currently accepting returns, but will try to help however I can. I am happy to assist with repairs during the warranty window.
Repairs
If your item(s) arrive broken or break within 30 days of ownership, please reach out through the contact page to set up a repair. To note, since each item is handmade and unique, if you are unable to send the original beads back then I will not be able to repair the item.
